2013 KTM 450SX-F winter riding

I am planning on riding my 2013 KTM 450SX-F on the isce this year.  Does anyone know if the ignition will need to be reprogrammed for the cold or will it compensate as is?




The FI system makes minor adjustments for fuel and ignition,  for temp and air density (+/- 10%).


You can reset you baseline by warming the bike up, shut it off for a minute, restart it without touching the throttle for 3 min, and shutting it off again. 

It will then be at your new baseline, and be able to adjust a bit more.


But., you should really re-map the motor to get the most out of it, as the internal mapping changes are rudimentry changes.
