Box exhaust on pit bike?

I have a 2005 drz110 that I put a small box exhaust on from a Baja mini bike. What possible issues could come by because of this?

My exhaust shattered a while back and I was wondering if this type of exhaust would make in run lean or anything.

well you can tell us if its running lean or rich

probably run rich and not as well

How did you get the Honda port exhaust to bolt up the klx head

yes there is. That's s klx110. With the baja or whatever exhaust. And that exhaust came from a Honda style head

drz is the same bike as the klx. just diffrent plastic color

Mine was purchased and made by Suzuki, therefor it's a DRZ. And I used a socket between the pipe and the port.

All suzis made between 20xx and 20xx 250cc and below are kawasaki heavy industries.

Check your steer tube you will find a kawasaki heavy industries placard.

For example a 05 rmz250 is a kxf250 with yellow plastics and a silver frame ? cheers.

I used a socket as a spacer between the exhaust box and the port

As mentioned earlier, the biggest problem I could see would be the clearance. Even if it ran perfect, it's way too vulnerable in that location. I'd imagine that it gets way hot too as the hot exhaust gasses don't have room to travel to cool off. My recommendation would be to try to find a used stock pipe from a 2002-2009 KLX/DRZ110.
