250cc dirt bikes with electric and kick start?

Hi guys, I am looking into buying my first 4-stroke dirt bike.

I'm vertically challenged at only 5'4", so I was looking at a 2005-2007 CFR230 or TTR230, but they both lost the kick start to the 6th gear, and only have electric start.

 

I don't want to get stranded in the desert when the battery or starter crap out.  

 

Is there any green sticker 250cc that has both electric and kick start?

Just saying I have never heard of anybody flattening a battery on a 230

Yamaha have brought out the new yz250 fx, so basically the yz250 but with E-start and a kickstand

Have you read any articles or specs on the new FX? Its much more than just e-start and a kickstand.
