How to get a CRF150r street legal.

Any ideas? We built my wife a CRF150r track bike, but have since decided we don't enjoy the track scene. It is such a niche bike, selling it has proven fruitless so we want to try and make it street legal. I have seen a few on the web but the method used us never described. I know about the SMJ South Dakota loop hole(that is how I got my YZ legal), but the bike has to be over 200cc.

Profile says you're in NC... I had a NC plated 150R that was originally plated in Hawaii. Was justa matter of transferring the title/registration
