Biggest issue is getting to the fuel screw, as its plugged. Id say you need around 2.75 to 3 turns out with no 3x3 hole, as far as main stock should work, or move it to a 145 main. The needle is your biggest issue you can shim that up alittle with an additional washer so needle rides higher . But I revert back to the fuel screw, start there and lets not discount your present jets may be clogged with corrosion.

Next would be to invest in the 3x3 and a kit.

09 drz...fmf q4 slip on....25 degrees today,bike starts but stalls anything over half throttle...what main and pilot jets can i use with only the slip on? NO 3x3, no JD jet kit. Thanks 🙂

Does it stall @ 1/2 throttle when the choke is on?

If it runs fine once warm and needs choke when it is cold, chances are it is fine.

If an engine starts and idles when cold without choke, it is too rich on the pilot circuit.
