Best way to put on graphics?

Recommended Posts

Good luck, start with the easy stuff and end up with rear number plates. I'd recommend you use a little soap and water with a squeegee on the tough bends. Oh yeah if you screw it up don't feel bad, anyone who's done decals has ruined a few and probably will again. Also, Let it sit in the sun as long as you can afterwards and don't put any ghetto shine on it until it has completely taken grip.

Soapy water in squirt bottle and some of the smaller harder squeegees.

Definitely start with either smaller sections, and be cautious when you hit areas that line up together.

You won't have any problems, it's not difficult at all.

Patience is a virtue. Sometimes you have to take some plastics off to get things aligned just right. I use a hair dryer to heat up the graphics as well as the plastic surface area. Be sure everything is clean. Rubbing alcohol works well to get old graphic glue off. ?

always remove plastics

A hair dryer is ok but go to Harbor Freight and get a heat gun if your plastic has a lot of curve to it. Use soap and water on the plastic and heat the decal up so it can stretch and wrap around. go to Rocky Mountain Atv and they have a great video on installing graphics.
