where are yall getting the complete plastic kits?
I got mine from One Industries. Pretty tough stuff. It's survived some pretty good crashes. I've heard others say that the fit wasn't very good but mine's fine. One Industries
UFO plastics works great and fits exactly ! The color matched my last KTM and my current YAMAHA with no problem at all !
You can get it online at www.btosports.com
Hope this helps !
The UFO front fenders do flop around a lot more then the stock fender.
I've tried UFO and Acerbis plastics. Acerbis was the higher quality replacements. . . in my opinion. The mounting holes were the perfect size to accept the OEM bushing. I had to drill out the UFO's holes to match the stock ones so that I could install the bushings. I suppose you could mount the UFO using washers, but the bushings keep you from overtightening and splitting the holes.
Read Boit's reply. Mine is identical regarding UFO and Acerbis.
Try these guys for the ONE INDUSTRIES stuff.
I bought the One Industries stuff and 110% happy with them.
THEY EVEN SENT ME A SPONSORSHIP FOR THE 02' SEASON! WHOOOO HOOOOOO

I am sure you could find the "KITS" on an online shopping catalog such as
