Suspension set up

Hi everyone! My 2004 wr450f was set up for ice racing when I bought it. I was wondering what you guys recommend for trail riding. I am 200lbs and I ride everything from hard packed iron ore grades to technical sand tracks. don't plan to ever take it on a track :p thanks!!

It's not uncommon for ice racing / winter riding folks to use thinner 2.5W shock oil instead

of the regular 5W fork oil for cold weather use, if that is the case it might be too soft as-is to ride in warmer weather.

Sand whoops requires firmer damping than harder terrain, you will have to make a compromise somewhere in the set-up.

A WR seems an odd choice for ice racing...

I suppose it's what he wanted I didn't really ask to many questions about it!
