Hard break in? 06 crf250r

Is a hard break in on the top end still okay if you rebuilt the bottom end and transmission as well? Also new clutch, water pump, oil pump, and valves.

Yes...  How I broke in all my motors...  Normally they would break in on the track or dyno...
