Wr 450 2012 front swingarm chain slider

Recommended Posts

Hy to everyone

I notice on my brand new wr that swingarm chain slider moves during driving causing damage to the swingarm. It is a sort of abrasion of the alluminium of the swingarm.

I heard that tm design chain slider are stronger enough to avoid this problem. Is it right or not? Do someone have the same issue? Is the tm slider the solution?

Thanks a lot

It is a design fault and you should take preventive action now

I've not seen TM slider so can't comment on it, but I can confirm the fix in Grayracers link in post 9, and shown in my photos later in thread works, and works well.
