HOW MUCH COULD I EXPECT TO GAIN ON MY 2001 IF I WENT TO THE 444 AND 13.5 COMP
I went with a 444 kit from Eric Gorr on my 2002 for ice racing.
I just lowered the compression back to 12.5:1 to get some overrev back but, if you like to short shift, you'll love the 13.5 piston, for MX I would put it back in.
It seems easier to shift too, with the shiftpoint lower in the RPM range.
It fatten the curve in the mid-range quite a bit.
