2010 clutch and throttle cables lube help

Hey guys I got a couple questions about my 2010 yz450f I think I got the clutch cable pretty figured out but any tips would help. And for the throttle I can get them out of the housing but don't know what to do on the other side. Someone said you had to take the whole air box and intake tube out get to them. Is it necessary to remove them completely to lube? And if so how is that done?and also is it a good idea to put lube between throttle tube and handlebar.
