defiantk Posted November 1, 2015 Been trying to powder coat the a arms off of my 85 Lt230S suzuki and im not sure about the bushings/bearings(?) inside the arms. I plan on masking off the inside on the arms anyways but do these need to be removed? Can they take *400f necessary to powder coating? Are they all metal or what? I tried removing them but for the life of me can't

The replacement parts fiche shows a replaceable bushing/bearing, so you can get them out but you'll need a press.Take a look @ the "suspension arm". https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/oem-schematic/2 Edited November 3, 2015 by dfesmire99
defiantk Posted November 3, 2015 Thank you, I'm definitely not going to be taking them anywhere to get them pressed out. Anyone know if they can just take the heat or not?
