secristaustin Posted November 2, 2015 I recently picked up a project DR350 ( I have an addiction to classifieds) I cleaned the carb and will be adjusting the valves this weekend, however I noticed that when I test the spark using a spark gap tester attached to the spark plug boot and grounded to one of the cooling fins I get a spark even when the key is in the off position. I have not checked to see if one of the previous owners tried to "hotwire" the key. Is there any reason that this would be happening otherwise?
