Johnnyballz Posted November 4, 2015 I am ordering Racetech gold valves for my '13 450 SX-F and was hoping somebody can tell me if there are any tools I need besides the fork cap tool to work on these forks. I have done lots of KYB/Showa forks but never any WP's and want to make sure I have all the tools to get the job done once I have them apart. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
eastreich Posted November 4, 2015 The "socket" to remove the inner fork cap from the outer one (Motion Pro p/n 08-0436 or equivalent) is the only really required specialty tool, but the proper wrench for the outer fork cap also helps (Motion Pro p/n 04-0428 or equivalent). You will also need a nitrogen bottle (or air pump) setup with a needle to recharge the inner bladder once you get it put back together. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
