1998 Honda CR250 2 stroke. need help please.

I've a 98 honda cr250 just changed the front pads as they were worn badly from previous owner. after id put in the new

pads i put caliper back onto the bike but to fine the wheel would not turn. if i pulled it round was very very tight. i took a closer look and the disc was rubbing on the metal on the side wall of the caliper it was shaving little chunks of metal of as wheel went round.

 

The caliper it self should come apart into 2 parts but can't pull it apart any idea's??

no the wheel got put back the same way it cam off the spacer will only go on the one side as the bar acts as the right hand side spacer all ready. i think its because of the brake caliper is seized there's 2 bits to it and should move but don't.

you already know what the problem is, you need to get it apart and rebuild it.
