Whittle09 Posted November 7, 2015 I got an orion agb e 30 250cc dirt bike very cheap, didnt start, ive stripped engine replaced piston & rings, new gaskets, found out the intake valve was bent.. Cant find the intake valve for that bike anywhere but i found an exhaust valve for a differnet bike with the same measurements, 34mm diameter 91mm length and 5.5mm shaft diameter will this work as an intake valve or will the seat angles be different? HappyAndy Posted November 9, 2015 It will probably work. You should also check the height of the retainer groove on the top of the stem. If it's close it can probably be made to work. If its a bit to high, the spring can be shimmed, if its a bit to low the spring might bind, you would probably need the help of a machinist to solve that problem. You also might want to have a machinist cut the valve and seat to match just to be safe, especially if you don't know how to check the seating surface yourself.
