zrk racing Posted November 8, 2015 Son messed up his Ttr 125 small wheel motor I bought a Ttr 125 le motor, not going to use the electric part just plug in to the harness that's on the bike, did that and kicked and kicked nothing """ is there something I'm missing that didn't allow it to fire up? Both 2004 motors
WALKINGWOUNDED Posted November 9, 2015 Pull the plug, make sure it is connected to the coil wire, ground the body of the plug to the head and kick it over and see if you have spark.
zrk racing Posted November 9, 2015 My bad on this question just needed to add gas! We just have a few bikes and didn't think about gas. But will add just in case someone needs to know the battery box mounts not on non electric frame as well as mounts under seat , and you must modify or change and use the electric frame extension / belly frame piece that wraps around starter area, had to try it since I had all the parts. WALKINGWOUNDED Posted November 9, 2015 (edited) Not sure if I would have admitted that. You could have come up with some elaborate problem, diagnosis and repair lol. All kidding aside, I think we all have had our share of face palms. Glad you have it figured out.....uh, I mean filled up.
