jbearden Posted November 9, 2015 Hey this is my first post on here and I am looking for some help. I bought a 1982 mx80 a few weeks ago, and it was running great. One day while it was being ridden it started running badly, then died. I was able to start it again but it ran very badly. It cut off again, and I have not been able to get it to start since. I have replaced the plug, coil, and the head gasket. It is sparking, getting gas, and the rings are good. It will not fire at all even on starter fluid.
