Ktm 500 exc tire pressures

Recommended Posts

Just wondering what tire pressures people are running and for what conditions? What's best?

For me-

10 psi front and 12 psi rear for off-road. Hard pack and sand.

15 psi front and rear for street.

I have the stock six days front and the desert it rear, and regular tubes (so far).

Depends on Terrain, the tire, the tube and how fast you will be going....no good answer.

Over the years I used to run about 15lbs for all desert conditions. However, with the quality of tires and tubes, I found you can run lower pressure I run about 13.5. However, if you are running a lot of street, you want a little higher pressure. 15-18lbs.
