Info regarding exc125 road usage

Hey, i currenly have a drz and found a great deal on ktm exc 125. I have a motorcycle from work so most road usage can be done with it. Question is if occasionally i can use the ktm for a short road usage when i must. Talking on 10 km every direction once per week max.

can i do this rode without hurting the bike?

Whats the maintenence done besides engine and gear oil?
