Pulls hard then pulls less ?

My cr250 pulls hard and then you can hear and feel a change it sounds like it gets a little more deep or less crisp sound but still pulls just all less its not bogging .just ....a lil less noise ...and it pulls less lol first cr don't know if its normal if you could see the sound it would look like this BINGGGGGGGBINGggggggggbinggggg

In no particular order, it could be :

 

-wrong jetting, not adjusted to ambiant temps

-low compression / worn top end

-restricted / dirty air filter

-bad fuel, octane level too low, detonation

-worn reeds

-wrong float level

-air leak

-worn crank seals

-fouled plug

-CDI box malfunction

-powervalve issue

-ignition timing

 

and perhaps a few other things as well.

 

Start troubleshooting !

Pull the plug today rebuilt top to bottom. I run 93 32:1 bought another cdi to cure it no go advanced and retarded ignition just cleaned filter ,I'm thinking jetting but I fooled with that alot and where it is now could be to lean .but I started big on MJ and worked my way down one by one and my current setting now I still sometimes get the to rich stutter, I'm at 45p 160m pwk stock pipe pro circuit silcer moved the needle on 3rd clip jd jetting needle red tip .Leaner ????? Reeds I have to look at

Cleaned the plug then put in a 152 main still done putbin a 150 started was about to ride but my tire went flat (DUE TO FIVE PATCHES JUST TO GET RID OF A RIDING detox ) gonna fill it should hold for a test ride
