Can anyone identify this wheel spacer?

The attached photo is of a spacer that I took of a 1.6X21 front wheel.  They are not stock to the bike, so I'm trying to identify the front end on this bike.

 

The 250mm brake rotor on the wheel has 4 mounting bolts.  Both spacers are the exact same size as the one in the picture.

 

Any ideas?

I managed to find what looks like the same one.  I think it's from a +/- 2011 KX250F.  Took way longer to find this than it should have..

Suzondasaki spacer right there. It looks like a KX or RM spacer to me.....wouldn't it be easier to post a picture of the front end?

The front end is a bit of a frankenfrontend.  The wheel in question is mounted on the YZ250 in my profile picture.  I'll post full pictures of the forks, lugs, etc. When I get a chance.

 

It's had some suspension work done, so all I can tell is that it's KYB forks.

 

Size in photo above is approx. 35mm, flash didn't help there.

Before someone asks, 2013 YZ250 brake mounts are approx. 77mm apart, not 100mm per this suspension, so I know it's not a 2013 YZ250 front end.

Maybe a pic of the brake pad would help narrow it down? A good clear close up of the caliper might help to.

If its just a spacer that you need, it might be best just to go talk to a local machine shop.
