No neutral on ktm 530 after rebuild

Just did a rebuild and got her running, but have no neutral. Well can't find it at all. I have yet to bleed my clutch but I would have thought it would make a difference, I tbe only thing I did was the single sump conversion which does nothing but join the sumps. I'm at work now and can't do anything. Any ideas guys on who may be the problem?

If you can't find neutral with the engine running, then bleed the clutch first. But if you can't find it with the engine off, you've got something else going on.

Have you tried finding neutral with the bike off? If you have,  bleeding the clutch won't do much for you.

Can't find it even then... With motor off.

Well belly the clutch no neutral.. At all even when I pull the clutch I in? Oh well have to pull it again.. All I want to do is ride tis new 570 big bore kit.. Arrr

I don't know what all came apart to do the unified sump. Did the shift lock mechanism come out and was put in upside down?

I had a rod end seize.. So it was a new crank and related parts... Total strip down so box was apart. Box was fine at the time

. I take it I have to spit the cases to check that

Locking mechanism is accessible by removing the clutch side cover (whole thing, not the small outer cover).

I bleed the clutch and that still won't work it's a weird one for sure. It just won't fmgo out of gear it will go right though all of them if I hold down on the shifter it go into a false neutral. But won't lock in..
