Supercross Emig should have told HIS story

Recommended Posts

After the Peick / Friese tussle, instead of lecturing viewers on good racer conduct, he should have told the story about the time 20years ago in a Supercross, Mike LaRocco had T-boned him in a corner, they both went down and after getting up first, Emig kicked him squarely in the ribs. LaRoccos' move wasn't deliberate like Frieses', who I think deserved getting pummeled. I've always liked Jeff Emig, just thought he would have offered more personal insight. What was Friese thinking anyways, Weston Peick is a pretty bad dude and everyone knows it

Ya, i remember that one, ...he frikkin

' BOOTED ' him ! Its on video on TT

here somewhere. Crazy to watch.

Probably anybody but iron Mike

would have had broken ribs for sure,

and even after Emig realized who he

kicked, he was sayin ' uh oh, ...am i

ever in for a beating ' !

I would love to ride one of those 90's SX tracks on my 450 now ----   a lot of the tracks from the 2 stroke era  look less sketchy and less dangerous than a few local tracks i've been to lately
