Rm-z 450 trail set ups?

Recommended Posts

I don't really want to lose top speed or snap. What are people running for sprockets, how much effect on the top speed? My main issue is trying to bring the front wheel up at low rpm. I never had this issue on my old yz. I was thinking maybe a rekluse clutch. Any recommendations would be awesome!

13/50 should let you be strong on top with enough snap to lift the front at lower rpm.

That bike should pull up easily with stock gearing (13/50).

If you are having a problem, down shift a gear so you are more in the powerband.

I mean in first gear at low rpm to get over a log. I can pack the front wheel in any gear no problem
