I'm guessing the acerbis universal from Rockey mt won't fit .

What's wrong with the original one? As far as bolting right on, I don't know of any aftermarket replacements.

The hose barb is a separate piece pressed into the back of the fuel cock casting.it started leaking and completely disconnected I'm not sure if I can press it back and use any type of sealant successfully

Just press it back in at the angle that works for you. No sealant needed. Yes, I've done it before with no issues.

It has to be pressed in tight. I use a large pair off channel locks with a rag wrapped around the jaws.
