Re-style graphics are shaped to fit on UFO Re-style panels, which are different than stock panels.

 

Acerbis plastic panels are identical (or close) to OEM pieces.

 

BUT, Re-style graphics may fit Acrebis plastic IF it is 2015 & up bodywork. 2015 is when Yamaha updated the YZs plastic to match the rest of their lineup, and it is very close to UFO's Re-style kit.

What's the difference

It's just totally different. As in "re-styled". Acerbis does not make a "re-style" kit or replacement plastic for one.
