Any info on 270mm disc

Recommended Posts

I have a 2012 ktm sxf 350 , just wondering if any 1 has any experience with an oversized disc and if it's worth the price tag ...or if there is another way to get more stopping power and a better feel from front brake ?

I have a braking 270 setup on front of my 450, and their 240 on rear. I know the mags say how rad ktms brakes are, i guess i like them more rad.

Anyway, i also run a short brake lever up front. My front brake is a one finger deal. Rear never gets hot in the woods, etc.

You cant go wrong with a 270 front. Ive been using braking products since they starting selling to public. Never an issue no matter the brand of bike.

Look on ebay, bet you can find a deal.

Cool , Ye I'll check them out on eBay , do you know if it's worth getting a steel braided brake line to go with the oversized disc or is oem line good enough ?

+1 on the Motomaster 320 on the Sumo. (Heavy Flame disc, 4 piston caliper, radial MC). The brake is better than I am.
