I used Russ when purchasing my home. I couldn't be happier. He found the loan that would best work for me and took care of the rest. I highly recommend using Russ for your home purchase. He will take care of you!

There are a lot of things that are required of me that misleads home owners and makes no sense. My company NMLS # is 362697. MLO # is 118220.

APR is a function of loan amount and how the fees are structured. I just completed a exam conducted by the State of Washington and none of it had to do with whether or not the borrower was treated properly.  All they wanted was to see if I had the correct forms in the file and the proper dates. None of it had to do withe whether or not I was competent or honest.
