Hey I'm 6ft 250lbs. Am I too heavy to ride a crf450r?

.52(front)/6.2-6.3(rear) should be close. I have 15 with kyb spring forks. I had .52 front( a little to stiff) and 6.1 rear 230 with gear .Stiffen rebound a lot vs stock.

Im 6' 2" and 290, just do your suspension and you will be good. They have so much power a 500 pound guy could happily ride one.

Who would you guys have do your suspension? New to air forks

Lots of reputable companies out there. I went with factory connection on my 15.

Great results and customer service.

I'm a snickers away from 295 and I haven't changed my springs. (2007 crf450) Just adjusted the suspension as needed. I have yet to bottom them out, even flat landing a tabletop or a G-Out part of a trail (a part of the trail that drops and goes back up with a sharp "V" at the bottom) She hauls me anywhere I point the front tire, whether the front tire is on or off the ground!

I am also 6ft and 253lbs. I run a 6.2 rear spring and 34psi in my forks (2013) I had race tech put gold valves in and valve it for my weight and riding type. Best money I ever spent. Suspension works great.
