Best tire for this stuff

What is the best tire for this stuff pretty hard when dry, but when it gets wet it is slick like a layer of grease on a Gym floor.

Guessing that terrain is trails and not a MX track's surface,

 

unless you have regulalrly ride thru deep mud,

That dirt looks like something knobbier would be needed.

Almost everyone I saw there ran intermediates. When its dry a HT was nice.

What is that, mars? Red soil, dig it! Cant beat donlop tires, go intermediate, when I ride I don't care about tires and compounds and too much techno-geek stuff, if I have knobby on my rim I'm riding!

Intermediate will always be a decent choice.  Unless it's wet enough for it to soften up deeper down, a soft terrain doesn't work like people think.  We don't have red clay here in Ohio, but we do have lots of clay.  I usually run an intermediate for all but the wettest of days.
