96 XR 250 Carb problem

Looking for diagram showing fuel/air flow, so I can spot the stoppage/ circuit area. Yes the pilot and main are clean. The issue is the screen on the petcock disintegrated during storage. I believe the pilot circuit is the issue.    

Carb has been cleaned in vat.
