I've been using Wiseco pistons since the early 70s, I wouldn't use anything else.  I have never had a bad one or had one fail.  I currently have a Wiseco 277 kit in my 03 XR250R.  I also have Wiseco SS valves.

We are also running Wiseco pistons in both CRF450Rs.

Both are good. More important who bores your cylinder, most do it wrong.

Take it to a guy that does motorcycle cylinders, not just some machine shop.  A motorcycle pro machinist will have all the jigs and attachments for setting up the cylinder on the boring bar.  Mine was done by Ken's V-Twin in Cedar Hill, NM.
