You can replace the E headlight glass lens assy for a S/SM one. Looks identical. Then you can fit a H4 bulb. You';ll need to do some part number checking to see how much of a S/SM headlight you'll need.

Just the lens/reflector? Mount? Surround?

 

The E lens is plastic and a high output bulb will melt it.

I'm not gonna try to fix my E shell, I'm gonna build a fairing and put in lights. ABS plastic can be shaped with home tools.

I got a stock S model headlight and mount for my e model. Added a Cree LED bulb and am VERY happy with the outcome. As far as I know, no one makes anything for the e model. At least we couldn't find anything . Also, LED is only 35 watts on the charging system. It also gave me headroom for my heated gear..
