Women's beginners bike.

Keeping your height and weight in mind you could check out the Yamaha wr250f. Not a beginner bike per say, but they have a mellow 4 stroke with a very linear throttle. A crf 230 or ttr 230 suspension is not considered a "good" suspension especially at 210lbs. They're a very easy bike to ride, but a wr250 is too and is a better bike especially with the suspension. I rode a 230 2 seasons and you'll find the suspension will have it's limitations as you get better.

If you are already riding your husband's 200, I'd also suggest looking at the Yamaha WR250F. The CRF230F is great for an absolute beginner. But if you already have basic clutch and throttle control mastered, the WR250F is lighter and has much better suspension. The power will be very linear compared to your husband's 200.
