Someone please help me. I can not find a USTool to buy!

I have purchased it from three different sites now and all have cancelled the order on me saying that it was no longer available. 

I can't find an ebay listing (besides the one in Italy that won't return my messages) for it either.

Can SOMEONE PLEASE point me into a direction of a place that actually has this in stock?

It's the user setting tool for ktm,  69029096140.

I was lucky enough to find one, but it was on EBAY and came from Canada.  I was informed by my dealer, and a few others, that KTM no longer offers them for concern of the "public" violating emissions regs in (CA) and the like. 

I'm sure one will surface at some point.
