Anyone else have problems with their forearms? NOT ARM PUMP! more the muscle on the top and the elbow. Any advice?

I get it really bad like my first few times out. I try everything gripping with knees more, stretching before and after, hydration.
After my 2nd time out it usually doesn't affect me as much.
I have fairly muscular forearms so I'm sure that doesn't help me much..

Yea me too 15 years of milking cows has grown them substantially more than ideal for mx lol. Went to Dr today. They said it's tennis elbow. So I'm picking i need to concentrate on keeping them a bit higher when I'm at the track.

I have the same problem, hands go numb , I have tried those braces and sleeves and nothing seems to help I just deal with it and pray I can hang on.
