i recently rebuilt to carb on my 2003 wr250f with stock jets i am having this problem where the bike will not run unless the fuel screw is turned all the way out,4/2 turns, and with it that far out the vibration may cause it to fall out i had a #40 pilot jet in it and went to a #45 and it does to same thing. can anyone shed some light on this issue. thanks

The fuel screw stops working at 2.5 turns, so you are just letting in pure air into the system via the leaking fuel screw.

Yes, but does your hot start plunger seal tightly? Is the cap un-cracked?

Does you choke seal tightly? 

Are the intake bell jets and passages free of any debris?

Have you set your float to factory settings?

What pipe and airbox mods are you running

Why did you make the changes

well the airbox does have a hole in it but im not doubting you thanks for the help i droped it off a the shop this mourning im just sik of messing with it
