2011 90hrs 450f Lossing lots of Oil - Pics inside

Recommended Posts

(FYI: i'm totally new at motocross and bikes)

I have a 450f 2011 with 90hours, about 2 or 3 the engine was done. We change the cylinder, piston and rings.

The mechanic told me that it could loose some oil during the first hours of use, wich is doing, and a lot...

I use Motul 5 40

There is this window that shows you how much oil there is inside:

How much must be the level of that window?  In mine is always very low:

Here with the bike totally stopped after 1 day:

After 3 mins on going:

It loses the oil trough this hose:

-----------------------

It is this normal? Should i stop using the bike?

This is how the bike sounds:

Seems to me there is a lot of ring blow by and its coming out the breather.  Some oil does come out but a lot amd it could be problems.  Can you get a leak down and compression test done?  I just did my piston and first 30 min of riding no oil loss at all

At my 14 the oil is always at the bottom.

I fill 1litre  and I always need to tilt the bike everytime I want to check it.

That's normal.

If you have more oil then recommend you will have the oil coming out from the breather and the house should point down not on the side

Even with right amount oil I still get a drop or 2, so what do I do?

I let it drop ........

Yep, this was the issue, I added to much (rly tooo much) oil to the engine. I discharge it all, fill 1.15 litre and tilt the bike to see it through the windows. All is OK now. Thanks everybody for the help. :D
