My build during these past years (General opinion)

Hi fellow thumpers and 250x riders, I've rarely posted anything on here or shared anything and thought today might be the day. Since I got the bike years ago I've always followed this section and been intrigued by many topics that helped me throughout now. The bike has acquired mods that range from motor, CCC, upgrades, protection, performance, customs and even "bling". There is just to many to list and recall but I will list them at the end of the post.

Let me know what you guys think and if their is any mod essential or change that I am missing in your opinion.

Looks good. I like the blue seat. If seat concept would have offered one I would have gone blue.

Yea I fell for the blue seat when I saw it, then came the ideas for the patches lol
Been thinking about getting black wheels although

great job looks really nice ..i would just add some frame covers ..that frame looks too nice to scratch

Fancy looking bike but 3 things I've noticed :

- pretty sure your chain slack is way too tight

- the front brake line is routed wrong, it goes behind the fork tube 

- with all the bling and mods I'm surprised you haven't deleted the PAIR valve and added a block-off kit.

 

The only things really missing are deep scratches and dings from some gnarly off-roading. :ride:

What did you do for the keyed ignition? DIY fabrication? 

I purchased a used crf230 keyed ignition( key included) cheap off eBay.. already comes honda color coordinated all wires. Easy set up, found plenty of help on rickramses website. Also I purchased the mounts/ brackets for the ignition and trail tech off eBay. I can send you the links if you'll like?

Any idea if there available ? Im looking for more torque than the stock pipe , I dont think FMF pipes produce 165.00 dollars more torque, just smothen out the torque pulse .

I would try eBay as my number one source. I got lucky and scoped one last year for dirt cheap ($54.95) new in box, never used. I don't think the FMF $160 header will out perform this one. Actually it's from a CRF250R 2004-2005 and the torque on this thing is noticeable! I leave you a picture of my order Screenshot_20170903-194644.png
