Rear shock srping rate

Hi there kind of new to this stuff so if you guys could help me.

I own a 2001 wr 426f and i wheigh around 130 kg and my rear shock seems kind of soft and right now is om max but still seems kind of smoth i need to know what would be the best spring to put on my stock shock our if its better just to replace the whole thing togheter with an aftermarket one

Google a spring rate calculator. The right springs in forks are equally important, no need to replace whole unit but a revalve will help.
