What is your current jetting?

Have you set your float height lately? How old are your reed petals and top end? Do you adjust your airscrew with the weather, or did you just set it and forget it? Which FMF silencer does your bike have (Some spooge easily).

Spooge is most frequently caused (jetting wise) by the airscrew/pilot and the needle clip position. Worn engine parts like reeds and piston rings will make an engine close to un-jettable. Another possibility is expired crank seals.

Did you seal the silencer with silicone when you reassembled it?

Unless you're riding wide open constantly there will be spooge. It's a fact of life with a 2 stroke. WD will take it off if you don't let it build up. Brake or contact cleaner seem to work the best.
