Getting back into riding

I use to ride before but got into a serious crash, breaking my leg and arm and had to stop riding since. Im looking at a couple bikes right now but what should I buy? 250 2 stroke? or a 450? Need Help guys. Im around 5'10 and weigh like 160

What bike did you ride before?  Did the serious crash occur on your motorcycle?

What type of riding do you intend to do?  Tracks, offroad/enduro, hare scramble, trails, combination of them?

How long have you been out of riding? 250 two strokes and 450s have a lot of power, which might not be good if you've been out of it for a while. A 250f or 125 2t would be a bit more tame. I weigh around 160 and my 07 yz250f hauls me around plenty fast and climbs any hill I put it up to. If you plan on buying a used bike off craigslist or something, most people will let you test ride it for a bit, so you can try out a bike and decide for yourself if you think you can handle the power.
