Finding Neutral, 06 crf250r

I asked this question about a year ago when I got the bike.

Best suggestions were to 1) learn the bike, and 2) slip into it via rolling stop.

While these tips have helped, it is still very difficult to find neutral when warm and stopped. And unplanned stops happen frequently. Think pulling the clutch and break to miss a tree or fallen rider.

There are very minor notches in the OEM basket, and the frictions and steals are within spec.

I'm running Rotella T6, which actually seems to find neutral better than the Maxima 80 weight the Class A PO used and gave me.

Suggestions?
