O.K. try to answer at once.

Tank 9,5 Liter steel tank is Stock on XR250 from 2004-06 or XR400 2005-08 sold in Japan . Honda use the same Tank on both . Still available new ,Part number 17500-MFB-000ZA , but not cheap .

Pics , from my XR 280 and XR440

And as you can see in this Pics the XR's from 2004-08 comes Stock with USD Fork and elektric start but never make it to USA

Performance ?

Big question , here is no Dyno available .

All i can tell you is that i rode the XL for a few years with the same Engine as Travel Enduro . see Pic .

IMG_0444_zps1228b920.jpg

And in that Trim with over 50 kg more (full Tank , emty Luggage )  a new 2 cyl. Fuel inj. 48 HP CB500F as example had no chance in 0-140 km/h runs.

Top Speed was about 170 km/h

How it perfoms now , lighter then Stock and 1 tooth more on the rear , just great .

Topspeed now with my 100 kg Frame full in the Wind no Idea . But depend the next Road where i could test that is more then 100 km away and the XL is now the short distance

Hooligan Bike , it does not matter.

Hydraulic clutch...Nice

Just a 55 USD Part from a local Company that work only after extensive modifications .

But takes now the stress out of the Hand from the monster Clutch i need in this Engine .
