oem 450x piston ring orientation ? and new oem cylinder prep ?

Doing a top end rebuild due to my bike smoking its a 2013 450x i have a new oem cylinder , new oem piston/ rings and gaskets . I have rebuilt the bike last fall using a new oem piston and new rings with the old cylinder , cylinder was honed with a ball hone bike ran ok but smoked blue and black bad so this time around i got all new parts i have a few questions 


- whats the best orientation for the oem piston rings on the piston ( last time i arranged them as per the honda manual

- and with my new oem cylinder does it require a hone or is it usable right out of the box ?
