2015 KTM 450 xcf Popping at de-exceleration

Just purchased a 2015 KTM 450 XCF and 1st time owning a fuel injected bike. It snaps or pops when you chop the throttle. I checked the voltage at the TPS and it read 6.48 volts. Everyone says this setting should work. Should I change the TPS position to a higher voltage or lower? Not quite sure

That is not how you set the TPS.

You need to measure ohms, and a very small measurement, around .5-.6 ohms.

It requires a special harness, as the TPS must have voltage when you measure it.

The decelleration popping is because of a lean condition at idle.

If you uncork the exhuast, or change the exhaust, it immediately becomes lean. You have to have the EU map installed, or the SXF map(s).
