1. IMS Smog Block Off Kit (I opted to keep the Snorkel & Oil Separator intact.)

2. XR's Only 14mm TDC / 30mm Side Inspection Plugs.

3. XR's Only Magnetic Drain Plugs.

 

4. UNI-Filter

 

5. Core Moto Stainless Steel Brake Lines.

 

6. Rejet / Main 160-Pilot 55

7. Free Flow 4Stroke Carb Hose Kit

 

8. Bridgestone Rear TW302 (Death Wing)

 

9. XR's Only Full Exhaust w/Heatshield

 

10. WPS Rear Tail/Brake Light & Plate Bracket.

 

11. XR's Only Chain Guide

 

12. XR's Only Front Reservoir Cover

 

13. MSR Shift Lever

14. XR's Only Pegs

 

XR's Only Oil Temp Gauge

 

Just waiting on a couple more parts to get it back up and thumping!  I will add the next mods soon, also pics after it's finished.

Your jets are going to be too big if you don't pull out the snorkel. The MSR shift levers are too stiff , if you hit the shifter hard enough on something it'll break off the shifter shaft. You're better off with the bendable Honda shift lever.

what size  jets do you suggest?

Got bored waiting for parts over the winter, been cleaning while it's torn apart, it will be doing the nasty soon!

i wash my bike after riding, do you?  i also cleaned it up before winter storage, looks nice don't it!  Thanks for noticing... These are from last fall.

Pig is back together and ready to grunt!  (160 main and 55 pilot jets are spot on with snorkel)  Added a XR's Only Shark Fin rear rotor guard, Carbon Fiber Fork guards will be next and then all finished until next winter!

He is right, I broke my shift shat off at 28,000 miles.
