The return of the Murrieta boyz?

Recommended Posts

Yep u heard it here first, MBz is planning its first ride in over a year. This weekend we are returning to the hallowed I.E. grounds known as "thy wastelandz"(WLz). Should be an even playing field since I have to bald tires, Daryl is gimpy hasn't ridden in awhile and frank is well.. frank. Should be good times, just gonna take these heros on an modified hard loop. As Mbz leader I am required to craft a ride that is fun.

Guess I better start prepping the bike..

lost fork guard on last ride left me with a leaking seal... not sure how much oil was lost

Back tire doesnt spin freely... bearings?? Maybe I'll just swapp it out for a 19" w. a Desert IT tire. Now...aint making excuses ... yet ... but it is a Desert IT!!

I got it!

Tag Team races..

 Murrieta Boyz vs "The Others".

We'll take home team advantage! No pre-running the course!

Well, that liitle slide off the cliff claimed a lower fork!

Git a small dent midway down.. fork will push through it but it definitly sticks there.

Guess my YZ400 is officially a parts bike.... gonna grab the lower forks off that one.

Somebody remind me....if there's even one guy on our ride that doesnt attempt a climb, that I shouldnt also!
